The magazine ad you see here is designed to illustrate the elements of art. Before I began this project, I gathered magazines, flipped through the pages for examples, chose which ads I liked, and gathered the tools I would need for this project such as scissors, glue sticks, etc. To complete this project, I first flipped through multiple magazines cutting out 4 ads that I like. Then, i chose my favorite of those 4,and chose 4 more ads that go along with the ad that I chose. Next, I chose the layout I wanted on my add and gave it a header. Then finally, I glued everything and colored and so on and completed my ad. This magazine ad was designed to show our knowledge on using and identifying the elements of art. Doing this, helped me understand and use the elements of art in a better way.
The three flyers you see here were created by me using Microsoft Publisher. The instructions on this project were to create three fake flyers to show our skills using Publisher. The first flyer had to based off of one of the templates, the second had to be blank, and the third had to be a redesign of one of the first two in black and white only. I chose to do a flag football recreation flyer for my first flyer, then for my second I chose to do a haunted house, and for my third I chose to redesign the second flyer. |
This brochure is to help us practice making a brochure on Microsoft Publisher prior to going to Thayer Street where we made our final draft brochure.
The following four pictures on the left hand side are pictures that I received off of Google images and the four pictures on the right are the same pictures but I edited them on photoshop.
I created this brochure by using Microsoft Publisher and using the information I gathered with Scott when we took the Thayer Street field trip.
This picture is a record label logo that I will use on an upcoming project. I created this using Paint and Microsoft Publisher.
